If you no longer wish to have your domain name, or wish to keep your domain name but cancel your hosting plan, you must cancel it in this menu.
To cancel your domain or webhosting plan you must use your domain password.
You can retrieve your domain password by logging in to your account from our main website.
After logging into your account, you click the domain name you want to cancel, then the Tab Domain and DNS information, the domain password is shown below.
